There is a two night minimum for all cabins, 3-4 night minimums during holiday periods.

ANGEL BEAR CABIN: This cabin is a doll house! Charmingly decorated, you won't want to leave this 2 bedroom, one bath retreat. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 televisions, a sofa sleeper, and a spacious deck with gas barbeque. Sleeps 4-6. Partially fenced yard for a small dog. Beautiful grounds for relaxing! Walking distance to the lake. No smoking $175-275. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays. One time $50 cleaning fee.

BEAR VIEW CABIN: This is the home you’ve been looking for! Nestled in the forest away from everyone, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom cabin welcomes you with a warm ambiance, and beautiful rustic furnishings. Cozy family room with wood-burning fireplace, spacious living room to enjoy the lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 televisions with cable TV and HBO, VCR and DVD players, and also has highspeed internet wireless access. It even has a new horseshoe pit for those nice evenings when you want to stay outside! Beautiful wrap around decking with outdoor dining table, gas barbeque, hammock, and beautiful lake view through the trees. No pets, no smoking. Sleeps 6. $250-$375 per night. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays. One time $75.00 cleaning fee.

SQUIRREL'S NEST CABIN: This darling cabin sits high in the trees with a beautiful view of Big Bear Lake. It has a cozy fireplace in the living room, as well as TV and VCR, one bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, welcoming dining room with large picture window overlooking the lake, large wood deck with table, chairs, umbrella, & charcoal barbeque. Upstairs is a large loft with 3 sleeping areas which include a king size bed, double bed, and twin/trundle bed, sleeping a total of six persons. No smoking. Dog friendly. $175-$275 per night. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays. One time $50.00 cleaning fee.

It has a nice deck for relaxing, a cozy, stone gas log fireplace in the living room, with television and DVD player. The kids will love the bunk beds and the adults will love the cowboy and camp bedrooms! Sleeps 6. No smoking, no pets. $250-$375 per night. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays. HILLTOP CABIN: This older Fawnskin cabin has that rustic charm you're looking for! Downstairs is the master bedroom with large rock fireplace, bathroom, and a small room with two beds for the kids. Upstairs is the large living room with tv and dvd player, fully equipped kitchen, and third bedroom. $225-$350 per night. Two night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum on holidays. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee.

GREY FOXHOLE CABIN: Location! Location! Location! describes this great cabin right across the street from the lake on North Shore Drive in Fawnskin. It has a nice large living/dining area to gather with friends and family, complete with pellet stove insert for those cozy winter nights.
Television with DVD player, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Two full bedrooms with a king bed in each, and two bathrooms, large deck with propane gas barbeque. Plenty of parking for your boat. Sleeps 4. Pet friendly with $100 deposit. $200.00/night summer, $275.00/night winter. One time $65 cleaning fee.
