There is a two night minimum for all cabins, 3-4 night minimums during holiday periods.

	ANGEL BEAR CABIN: This cabin is a doll house! Charmingly decorated, you won't want to leave this 2 bedroom, one bath retreat.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 televisions, a sofa sleeper, and a spacious deck with gas barbeque. Sleeps 4-6. Partially fenced yard for a small dog. Beautiful grounds for relaxing! Walking distance to the lake. No smoking $175-275. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays. One time $50 cleaning fee.
	THE TREE HOUSE: This home is beautifully decorated with charming cabin decor, and has all the amenities you could want. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with woodburning fireplace, satellite TV and VCR, CD player & dining room with wood stove. You won't want to budge from the swing on the front porch with it's beautiful view of the lake! Sleeps 8. No smoking, no pets. $250-$375 per night. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays. One time $75.00 cleaning fee.
	SQUIRREL'S NEST CABIN: This darling cabin sits high in the trees with a beautiful view of Big Bear Lake. It has a cozy fireplace in the living room, as well as TV and VCR, one bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, welcoming dining room with large picture window overlooking the lake, large wood deck with table, chairs, umbrella, & charcoal barbeque. Upstairs is a large loft with 3 sleeping areas which include a queen size bed, double bed, and twin/trundle bed, sleeping a total of six persons. No smoking. Dog friendly. $175-$275 per night. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays. One time $50.00 cleaning fee.
	BAYVIEW COTTAGE:This darling, cozy cabin sits on a hill above Grout Bay with a view of the lake. It has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a sofa bed in the living room and has one bathroom. Television with DVD player in the living room, along with a free-standing fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly nights in the mountains. It has a nice deck with a hot tub where you can see the lake while soaking. This cabin is dog friendly, and sleeps 6 persons. No smoking, 2 night minimum. One time $50 cleaning fee.
