The Inn at Fawnskin is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A $20.00 processing charge will be added to all canceled reservations.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house or multiple room bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Traveling to the mountains in winter has its inherent dangers including, but not limited to, icy or snowy roads, driveway and walk way conditions. Please use normal care and safety precautions. It is required by law that you carry tire chains when traveling to the mountains in winter.
The Inn at Fawnskin is a smoke free property; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Due to Insurance regulations, no candles and/or incense are allowed in the rooms. Your nightly rate includes normal cleaning. If excessive cleaning is required, an extra charge will be incurred.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pets.
We are regulated by the County, and are only allowed two guests per room.
